How long will it take for you to respond from the time I place my order?
Once your order is placed, an electronic copy of your order is sent to our Point of Sales system, where a CSA Galleries, Inc. representative will be notified of your order. We respond to online orders within two business days of the receipt date on the order, typically wait time is less.
How long will it take to receive my order once it has been confirmed?Upon confirmation of your order by a CSA Galleries, Inc. representative, your order will be sent out to you via UPS Ground to your shipping address that was entered on the order form.
What is your policy on exchanges and returns?You can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase by sending an email to customerservice@csagalleries.com. Please include the transaction information from your order receipt in the email and explain why you are requesting a refund. You will be required to ship the product back to us, before we will initiate the refund process.
When we initiate a refund, we will send you an email and tracking number for the refund. Please allow 10 business days for the refund from the receipt of the Refund Process Initiation.
