Refund Policy
You can request a refund within 30 days of the purchase by sending an email to customerservice@csagalleries.com. Please include the transaction information from your order receipt in the email and explain why you are requesting a refund. You will be required to ship the product back to us, before we will initiate the refund process.
When we initiate a refund, we will send you an email and tracking number for the refund. Please allow 10 business days for the refund from the receipt of the Refund Process Initiation.
